Biography:
Ms. King is an associate at the Philadelphia law firm of Sidney L. Gold & Associates, P.C., which has been recognized by the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register as a preeminent law firm in the field of employment law and civil rights litigation. Her practice, as well as that of the law firm, is exclusively concentrated in the representation of both employees and employers in all aspects of employment-related ligation, including claims under federal and state anti-discrimination statutes.
Ms. King is a passionate attorney who has demonstrated her drive and commitment to her clients throughout her career. In law school, Ms. King worked at the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, where she investigated wrongful convictions. She has additionally served as a certified legal intern in the Philadelphia Public Defender’s Office advocating for indigent criminal defendants in court. Ms. King previously worked in the family law and medical legal community partnership units of Philadelphia Legal Assistance.
Ms. King earned her B.A. in Political Science, Women and Gender Studies, and French from Vanderbilt University. She earned her J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2020, where she earned a Law Faculty Scholarship.
